Public Speaking

I have given many presentations in the past decade - most of them revolving around maternal reproductive health (and all of them driven by passion). Reach out and invite me to speak at your event!!

I presented at Mom Talks in Atanta last year on Grief and Loss in Motherhood with a stellar lineup of other speakers. The whole event is a space of education and community for Moms. This speech will explore the complexity of grief in motherhood, types of grief, the experience of grief, therapeutic treatment of grief, and how acknowledging different types of grief in motherhood provides an opportunity for us to become more authentic, honor our truest selves, and deepen our bonds with our kids.

Sex After Birth

This topic is often overlooked and under discussed. I presented at the National Sex Ed Conference and to medical students at Drexel University about sex after birth. This presentation can be tailored to any group.

Intimacy Education For Families

I offer classes and workshops for families, groups, schools, parents and children, moms and daughters to empower parents to instruct their children about healthy relationships and comprehensive sex education (which increases secure attachment with others and within the family).

Staying Connected Through Parenthood

I work with Certified Imago Relationship Therapist, Minnie Goode, to provide workshops for expecting, postpartum, and elementary school parents about how to stay connected after the baby arrives. We are booking this presentation at schools around Los Angeles.
